How to Add Approvers?

Buyers can choose to have the Procurement Approving Manager review the shortlisted quotes or Top Quotes before awarding any quotation.


  1. Go to the RFQs page.

  2. Choose an RFQ.

  3. The system displays the RFQ details page.

  4. The user clicks on the “Add Approver” button.

  5. The user fills out the form and clicks on the “Send” cta button.

  6. The system sends an email notification to the Approver.

  7. Buyers can also click on the Share link on the RFQ details page and send that to the Approver. The link will have a button for the Approver to log in and approve the quote.
